Background
I'm a licensed CPA with a bachelor's and a master's degree in accounting. Before starting my own firm, I spent six years in IT audit, reviewing financial systems and controls. That work taught me to pay close attention to detail, understand the systems businesses run on, and protect sensitive information. Today I bring that same discipline to small businesses across Kansas City.
Why the practice exists
I started this practice to help small business owners thrive. Too many owners work hard without a clear view of their numbers, pay more in taxes than they need to, or only hear from their accountant once a year. I want to change that by giving small businesses the kind of year-round financial guidance usually reserved for larger companies, at a price that makes sense.
Who Sal works with
I work with small business owners and self-employed professionals across the Kansas City area, on both the Missouri and Kansas sides. Many of my clients are in construction and the trades, like general contractors, electricians, roofers, and tile installers. I also work with real estate agents and other service-based businesses.
